The greater the number of magnets and the greater the strength of the magnets determines the jewelry's effectiveness for pain relief. Not everyone buys this jewelry for pain relief, so there are many combinations of beads for beauty and for practicality.

This segment shows an African Tourquoise 5mm x 8mm bead with a 6 x 6 mm drum HP Hematite Magnet.
All of my jewelry is designed with magnetic clasps of several sizes. In many pieces of jewelry, the clasp almost disappears among the magnets.
